Domestic Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process:

  • Complete the Returns Form on our website with all relevant information.
  • After submission, our team will review your request within 24-48 working hours.
  • Once approved, follow the instructions provided for packaging and shipping the item back to us.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • For defective items or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to change of mind or incorrect size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after having received and checked the returned item.
  • A restocking fee may apply for certain returns.

5. Free Delivery:

  • Enjoy free delivery on orders over R500 within South Africa.
  • Free collection of online orders is available from our specific store locations.

Instore returns are not billed for:

  • A R99.00 fee will be charged for the collection of items returned or exchanged.
  • Returns and Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the online team
  • Bank details must match the account used to purchase
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable

  • Reimbursement of Taxes & Duties paid is the responsibility of the customer to collect from the relevant country.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred during the return process, dependant on the country.
  • Ensure all necessary customs declarations are accurately completed to avoid delays.
