How do I register on the site?
If you don’t yet have an account with us, simply register by completing the new customer’s sign-up process. You will find it by clicking on Sign-in / Register at the top of every page. Enter your email address > Create an account > fill in your personal info > click on register.
I want to place an order, how do I do this?
You need to be registered in order to purchase, after which just follow the order prompts
- Select your items and add them to your cart
- Once you have everything you want, click the Proceed to Checkout button
- Confirm your delivery address and click the Checkout button
- Agree to the terms and conditions > Proceed to Checkout button
- On the payment screen > select the payment gateway of choice > select your payment option> Credit Card, Debit Card , Apple Pay , Google Pay , Capitec Pay or SID Instant EFT.
- If you are using the instant EFT option, > Enter your details > Click on Pay Now > Wait a few minutes for the “Loading payment” screen > Select your bank > Enter your card details > Click on “Proceed with Payment”
How do I add two delivery addresses?
- On the Home page > My Account > My Addresses
- Add a new address > fill out the required details (make sure to add a title Work/Home)
- Save
- You can update or remove your
addresses at anytime.
Can I pay by credit card only?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options.
How is my credit card data secured?
- Payfast Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted.
- Payfast Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Payfast Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- The Merchant does not have access to credit details.
- Payfast Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
How can I amend my profile with my new contact details?
- On the Home page > My Account > Your personal information
- Fill out the required details > Save
- You can update your details at anytime.
How do I ensure I order the right size?
There is a size chart for both men, women and children available on our Home page, this will give you a guide as to the size you need to order.
I want to provide feedback about a product, how do I do this?
We would gladly appreciate your feedback, comments or product review regarding a product that you purchased. Please email us your feedback on: onlinesupport@jayshrees.co.za or respond to an automated Review Emailer that will be sent.
Where can I check on the delivery status of my order?
To track your parcel please follow the following link and select the ‘Track my Parcel’ button: https://jayshrees.co.za/a/track
- Please use the tracking ID / order number sent to you in your confirmation email.
- Please note that deliveries take 2- 3 Business days to any ‘Major Centres and within 3 - 5 Business days for outlying areas.
Are the items delivered as per the display on the webpage?
The products will match the image on the webpage as the images have been sourced from the vendors from whom the final order is going to be sourced. But in some cases there is slight colour variation may happen due to screen resolution and image quality.
What about the privacy of my information?
We consider the privacy of our customers very important. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information, and credit card information are collected only to fulfill your order. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes to our web site. If you do not wish to have notifications sent to you, just send us an email with "Do not send me email" as the subject.
When can I expect delivery?
- Deliveries will be dispatched from Mon - Fri until 3pm
- Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, will be dispatched on a Monday
- No Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
Do I have to pay for delivery?
- A delivery fee of R99 will be levied on all purchases below R500.00
- FREE DELIVERY on all purchases above R500.00 - within South Africa, provided it weighs below 20 KG
- All deliveries couriered to your door
Can an item be exchanged?
Exchanges must be completed within 5 days of purchase. A R99.00 collection and handling fee will apply to all exchanges.
Can an item be exchanged in-store?
Items ordered via our Online store can be returned or exchanged at any of our Jayshree's / Rivaz Stores.
Steps to complete an exchange or return
- Items to be returned within 5 days of purchase
- Items will be checked to ensure: Items are returned with price tags & original packaging Once approved, a refund or exchange will be processed
How fast can I receive my parcel if I pay an extra cost?
We offer an Overnight Service at a cost of *R150.00 depending on the area you are situated in.
Are your garments fully stitched?
All our items are fully stitched & ready to wear punjabi, lenghas, kurtis, men’s, boy & girls –some items come with sleeves to attached and ready made saree blouse is a separate purchase and unless otherwise stated all sarees come with a blouse piece for you to design and stitch.
Can the item be viewed before purchasing?
Unfortunately as an online store we cannot facilitate viewing of items prior to purchase. We take every opportunity to ensure that the items you view online is a true representation and description of the original item. In the event of a query we may be able to assist with physical measurements.
Do you offer lay buys for your online store?
Our Lay Buys option is limited to in-store purchases only. However for the convenience of our online shoppers, we offer a PayFlex and Pay Just Now option. How are returns shipped back?
The collection will be booked from our side. Kindly have the parcel ready for pickup. The courier company will send you the collection details via WhatsApp.
Do you have a gift packaging option?
Please note that this service includes gift wrapping only; no additional items or embellishments are added.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within the purchase time, email onlinesupport@jayshrees.co.za for further assistance.
Do you offer custom stitching or size adjustments?
We do not offer custom stitching services. however, our stitched pieces follow standard size measurements, which can be found in our size guide.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
We do not restock sold-out designs. Each collection is in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and ensure our customers receive unique pieces.
